Description

Agencies are moving ahead to implement new executive orders and legislation that require the systemic advancement of equity across the federal government and strengthening of EEO programs. In this panel discussion,  EEO and D&I leaders will review the new requirements, their initial agency plans, and implementation of those plans. They will focus on helping EEO and D&I practitioners proceed productively by highlighting the successes and challenges they have found. The panel will also share how these plans and activities support the creation of model EEO programs.
